SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, orders are being printed and prepared for shipment 2-3 business days after placement. After an item has shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping is affected by many outside influences. If you'd like an update on your order, please use the tracking information provided in the shipping notification email you received at the email address you used when you placed the order. Be The Blue Wave is not responsible for shipping delays or missed shipping deadlines. Please order with enough cushion to account for potential delays.

 
 

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but we acknowledge that sometimes things don't go as planned. The following describes our return policy:

 

Errors/Defects: If an order arrives with manufacturing or other obvious errors or defects, we'll happily work with you to find a solution. Please contact us within 2 days to notify us of the error/defect and be sure to include a non-AI photo of the problem area(s).

 

Sizing:

To ensure order accuracy, a size chart is provided in each of our product listings. Each order is custom printed after the order is placed and is unable to be restocked, therefore, no returns or refunds will be offered due to sizing. If however, you receive an item labeled with a size that does not match the size ordered, we will happily work with you to obtain the size that was ordered. Please provide an identifiable non-AI photo of the shirt with the tag showing within 3 days of order receipt.

 

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have entered production which is generally 2-12 hours after order placement. If you need to make a change or cancel an order after it is placed, please email us immediately at info@bethebluewave.com to determine if this is possible.

All other issues:

 

Returns and exchanges are generally not permitted unless there is a clear manufacturing or printing defect on the item received. Please notify us within 2 days, including non-AI generated or assisted photographic evidence, so that we may work with you to arrive at a solution.
